Check-in is from 2:00pm. We offer self-check-in 24/7 — your room key will be placed in a secure lockbox, and you’ll receive the access code 24 hours before your arrival. Check-out is fixed at 10:00am. Bag hold is available before check-in if you arrive early — just message us to arrange. Unfortunately we can’t hold bags after check-out.
We strongly recommend using public transport — it’s the fastest and cheapest way to get around London. Driving in East London is expensive and parking can be a nightmare. That said, paid parking is available nearby if you do need a car. Bike hire is also a great option and often the quickest way around the city.

Our rooms are ideal for solo travellers, couples, business travellers, digital nomads, and anyone doing a longer stay in London (home refurbishments, relocations, corporate trips). All rooms are private with locks, so you get your own space while sharing communal areas. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. Requests to bring children under 12 are considered on a case-by-case basis — some of our properties are better suited to younger guests than others, so please get in touch before booking and we’ll find the right fit.
All of our properties are located in East London, across Bethnal Green and South Hackney — both in Zone 2. You’ll be within 20–25 minutes of central London and walking distance of Shoreditch, Broadway Market, Brick Lane, and Victoria Park.
Transport links are excellent at all locations: Bethnal Green Underground (Central Line), Cambridge Heath Overground, and Hoxton Overground are all nearby, and bus stops with multiple routes are right on your doorstep.
Every room comes with high-quality fresh linen and a set of towels. You’ll have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen (with your own designated fridge and cupboard space), two shared bathrooms, and fast WiFi. Communal areas are professionally cleaned every day.
